Filing a complaint

To file a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return/Complaint Form

Fill in the return/complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, 
e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, product name and reason for complaint,
date of purchase and occurrence of the defect. In the event of the need to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card,
the seller will make a refund to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party's payment card 2. Returning the product When filing a complaint, please return the product together with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. 3. Return of goods

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. 
To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us,
complete the required declaration and send it to our address together with the returned product/products: Jakubiszyn Pickups Spółka Jawna Jedności Narodowej 111/2 50-301 Wrocław Include all accessories received with it/them and the invoice in the package with the declaration
and the returned product/products.
