The Piotr Łukaszewski II Signature Humbucker Set is the result of a collaboration between Jakubiszyn Pickups and Polish guitarist Piotr Łukaszewski, known for his work with bands such as IRA, TSA Evolution, Skawalker and Ptaky.

The second generation of this signature set was designed for guitarists seeking a powerful, dynamic and exceptionally articulate tone. A distinctive feature of this set is its pronounced midrange response and high dynamics, especially in the bridge pickup. Equipped with an Alnico V magnet, the bridge pickup delivers a strong output signal and produces a powerful, tight tone that excels in both heavier rock styles and modern guitar sounds.

The neck pickup features an Alnico II magnet, offering a warmer character, richer harmonics and greater depth of tone. Both pickups have been carefully voiced to work together perfectly and complement each other across all playing situations. The result is exceptional note definition throughout the entire frequency spectrum, outstanding articulation and excellent clarity for both rhythm and lead playing.

Compared to the original signature model, the Piotr Łukaszewski Signature II set stands out primarily due to its redesigned bridge pickup, which offers even higher output, increased compression and a more aggressive tonal character.

All components used in this pickup set are sourced from renowned suppliers in the USA and the United Kingdom. The bobbins are made from Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB), a material valued for its properties and distinctive matte appearance, which lacks the perfectly smooth finish commonly found in modern plastics. Interestingly, this material is also known for its characteristic scent.

The baseplates are made from nickel silver alloy, a material prized for its superior tonal transparency and ability to preserve subtle sonic details. The magnets are manufactured in the United Kingdom using cast Alnico Long Rough Vintage Alloy, further enhancing harmonic richness and natural dynamics.
